UVSSA Race Worker Rebate Form

The Upper Valley Ski & Snowboard Wishes to thank all who helped make our 2007 -2008 Season a Success !

Please complete this form and mail it to UVSSA for your Race Worker Rebate on your UVSSA Membership

List the date, race,position and amount due for each family member worked at a UVSSA Alipne Race, Snowboard Event, or Freestyle Event.

Workers can receive a $25 credit for most positions worked.  If you worked a position requiring a USSA Card or you attended USSA certified training (judging, race adminsitation, timing) you will receive a $ 50 credit. A family can receive a combined rebate up to their $150 UVSSA Membership.
